Maylee's first night home.

Maylee's first night home was a little overwhelming but also very fun. Everyone came over to see her and hold her, and her cousins were able to meet her. Since Maylee is their first cousin on the the Mathis side they were very excited. One thing that was scary other new parants can attest to was that driving away form the hospital with Maylee in that back seat felt like driving a new car off the lot. Steve was way nervous.

I don't think that Maylee remembered anything form that night, and all that mom remembered is that there was way too much excitement for a brand new baby and after being exhausted form giving birth a day earlier. But we had lots of fun showing her to everyone and were glad everyone came over to see her.
